"Alright, cutie. Let's check that diaper before your nap." Rebecca reached into the playpen to lift the little teen up from under her arms. Samantha squeaked in surprise and dropped the rabbit she had been holding to distract herself as she was pulled up high into the air.

Sam clung to the shoulder she was pressed against and buried her burning cheeks against the large woman's shirt. She should be used to this, but it was a constant embarrassment to have to submit to these diaper checks. Especially at those times when she finally had to give in to her body’s needs and denial of potty privleges.

Rebecca was quick, thanks to being a full time daycare worker and dealing with plenty of babies, unsnapping the onesie with ease. It was obvious from the color and droop that she needs a new diaper, but Rebecca is thorough and peels back the top. "Whew! Smelly little girl!" She said as she carried her towards the changing table.

Sam wiggled unhappily on the cold, plastic mat. Rebecca untaped the full padding from her and rolled it up before tossing it in the diaper genie. She used an even colder wet wipe to clean her bottom, having to use a few before she felt it was completely clean of any mess. Sam groaned in hummiliation.

"Shh, I know, I know. Poor little Sammy, let's get you finished up and wrap you up for a nappy-poo." She powdered the tiny girl before unfolding a new, thicker nighttime diaper and quickly fit it snuggly on her. She snapped the onesie closed once more. "All done!"

Sam curled her hands around Rebecca's shoulders in defeat as she was carried over to the crib. She hated nap time. But she hated how tired she got too. Her traitorous body was so used to the schedule that she could do nothing but anticipate the peace and quiet. Rebecca gently laid her down, tucked her in with a soft blanket, and went to turn the lights down. Sam's eyes started to grow heavy as she soaked in the warmth, a light lullaby played from somewhere in the room, and she couldn't stop her eyes from closing.
