Not really what I see among monsterfuckers, though. There it's always orcs, werewolves, minotaurs or anything else that looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger cosplaying.

Not gonna lie, a too short of a character looks like an immature individual to me, which makes it unappealing.
On the other hand, a too large one makes me think "how the hell is that going to work?", which lowers its attractiveness as well.

Methinks that can be mitigated with the character's features, like this one having a beard and giant eyebrows. But due to allometry, the result can end up like one of those 1000-year-old lolis.
Loads of lube. And if that doesn't do it, creativity.
