Shockingly, at first, it didn’t occur to me to have Flint glide down from the tree. The script had him riding on Cass’ back once she starts running. The night before I drew this page, staging the action in my head, it suddenly hit me. After all these years of painstakingly manufacturing situations for Flint to use his gliding ability, this one fell in my lap and I almost dropped it!
