Most of my songs I make in about an hour or two, actually. I'm very fast paced about my work. When I want to get something absolutely perfect, however... I can spend anywhere from days, to months on one piece, depending on the song. Organic, for example, is going to be one that I take months on.
And none of my songs are simple, most take around 9 channels, and I frequently go far above that when I do loop manipulation, and you can also add in that I generally do plenty of tone, key, and pitch changes to ensure everything sounds like it belongs together.
