Nerdy things ahead so read at your own risk :)

The ears are custom circuit boards with a ton of LEDs and some laser cut thin wood covered with white paper for the fun effect.
The control board is taped over for some form of protection and dangles kind of in the fursuit head, there is an STM32F411 microcntroller on it.
I wanted to control the modes and effects somehow, so a thin glove goes on before the fursuit paw goes on. It has a magnet in the thumb and a few reed switches in the fingers so I can control the effects on the LED panel via that way.

Not shown is a small board with an alcohol sensor mounted in the mouth of the fursuit. It's a little stuck in and I never made a photo of it, oops.
