Here is my adorable dragon character, Arthur Magnum! Just like Brad and Curtis, he is very chubby and loves to eat. His favorite foods are pastrami, boneless chicken wings, and ale.

Arthur enjoys having his big, round belly cuddled. Thanks to the Jewel of Aquasol, a translucent aquamarine magic water pendant he wears around his neck, the dragon can suppress his fire breath and keep the heat in his belly for instant comfort.

One of Arthur’s features unique to dragons is his conspicuous belly button. If it is pressed, it will make his stomach emit a short gurgle. Of course, his stomach will growl on its own when he gets hungry. The big belly can become so loud that the rumbles often echo throughout the halls of the dragon’s castle; sensitive travelers have been known to flee because of this. Arthur’s stomach growls and rumbles often enough for him to have developed the habit of talking back to his stomach on occasion, more often when he’s alone in his castle. The dragon enjoys having a round belly, which is why he wears clothes to make it stand out even more: dark blue denim shorts, a snug black leather belt, and a purple velvet vest that is way too small to reach his waist, let alone wrap around his torso.

Despite his girth, Arthur is strong and is able to fly and can even give friends a ride on his back, thanks to his large, strong wings. Some dragons may obtain their treasure by razing villages to the ground, but Arthur prefers to be more considerate by going on quests that earn him gold to contribute to his treasure hoard. In his pockets, the dragon keeps a few magical items, including a pouch that transports his gold earnings to his castle hoard, and a magic stone shaped like two green arrows he can use to change his overall size by rubbing one side with his thumb. Lucky for the dragon, his clothes will change size with him, so he doesn’t have to worry about his belt snapping or his vest ripping. Arthur is also very gifted at singing baritone solos and playing the lute, on which his skills can transfer easily to the guitar.
