Super Heart is Ben’s Care Bear-inspired form.
Super Heart exudes an intense aura around himself that is capable of causing others to feel weirdly comfortable around him, seemingly willing to drop their guard if their willpower isn’t strong enough. Those around Super Heart can feel an intense desire to pet and/or hug him.
Super Heart also possesses what he calls ‘Care Senses’, which allows him to sense if there’s people in trouble and in need of help, as well as tell if something bad is about to happen.
Super Heart is also capable of summoning and generating clouds that can be ridden on and used for transportation. These clouds can also be used to carry others on them, allowing Super Heart to save people who are falling, or allowing him to reach others. The clouds summoned by Super Heart can also, as he discovered, be condensed and used as barriers.
Super Heart’s ‘Stare’ is capable of enveloping an individual with thoughts of remorse for their actions, draining the negativity from them and making them feel weakened and susceptible to thinking about their actions and the consequences of such. Those who possess much deeper and more evil desires and maliciousness can even potentially feel some amount of pain or discomfort washing through their bodies.
Though the beam from The Stare cannot actually harm a living being on contact, and actually feels warm and comforting, it can blast through inanimate objects and structures. This can allow Super Heart the power to burst through walls and other structures.

This shape is just terrifying. Not because of her appearance or her personality, a loving, patient and very empathetic bear, but for the simple fact that she can eliminate evil, on a conceptual level. Just like Athena in Saint Seiya or Fluttershy in MLP, Super Heart has a pure aura so full of love for others and goodness that it drives away evil from the hearts that are close to her. And being a care bear created from the Omnitrix makes his aura extremely powerful (at the Primarch level), to such an extent that he can make a serial killer cry with remorse by instilling empathy and conscience for his actions or evangelize an entire pavilion of highly dangerous of a penitentiary just by going through it. This has meant that no criminal, human or alien, wants to be near Super Heart and they prefer to rot in prison and get away a minimum of 30 meters from her.
No, for Super Hearts there is no problem in saving the hearts of humans and various forms of alien life, for her the real challenge are the demons, or conceptual avatars that represent the hatred and evil of living beings. Heart can be close to them without being corrupted thanks to her massive aura and big heart full of kindness from her. Although it would take a troop of care bears to deal with these entities, Super Heart is so powerful that she can kill them all by herself with the Care Stare, which is deadly on contact for demons and negative emotional entities but harmless to humans. Or most of the aliens.
There have also been cases in which the demon does not disappear but returns to being an angel or the person or animal that they were before being corrupted, thus saving several. There was a case where the eternal knights released a demon sealed in a castle and with the help of the sorcerer Hex they tried to control it, but the medieval demon in armor got out of control and massacred many of those present, fleeing the place and going to the city to cause chaos. There the Plumbers called Max who with his grandchildren went to help the agents. Once there and after several battles and sacrifices, Ben changed to Super Heart and there, he could hear him with his Care Senses, his crying, the cries of a cursed man who begged to be killed and no longer wanted to be a puppet of evil. Super Heart used the Care Stare on the demon and it disappeared, leaving behind a middle-aged human Knight, Sir Letrigan, an honorable warrior who was cursed by a sorceress and condemned to be a demon. He was stopped by his companions and sealed by the court magician, thus reaching the present. Letrigan knelt before Ben in gratitude and loyalty, now the boy was his lord, or his lady. Ben tried to get rid of the medieval type several times but Sir Letrigan was as faithful as he was stubborn making him always return to his lord's side. And while it was annoying to deal with a crude medieval guy who ate like a barbarian and had a very poor sense of hygiene when threats attacked he was very useful being a highly skilled and brutal swordsman who could chop down hostile aliens in seconds with his greatsword. This earned him a place on Team Tennyson. But it was not the only case, in the East some Chinese miners had awakened a furious thousand-year-old dragon that slept in the depths of the earth, incinerated everything there and went to attack the nearest city. Team Tennyson was called in to deal with the crisis and Ben using Super Heart could hear it, the wailing of a young man who had lost his humanity in his quest for strength, now there was only anger and savagery. By using the Care Stare on the beast he is disappeared revealing a young adult with oriental features. This young man was grateful to have been saved from his wrath and thirst for combat, but he was baffled to see how much the world had changed in 2600 years. Sir Letrigan told him that he also came from another time and what has given him purpose in this era is to serve his Lord, Lord Ben, and what if he wanted he could accompany them, to fight against evil and protect the innocent, like this, Lee Chan, joined the Tennyson team.
Lee was reserved and proud, but very polite and with impeccable table manners, which led him to clash with Sir Letrinag on several occasions. And when it came to fighting he was an unstoppable punching and kicking Kung Fu machine, able to knock out metal with just one of his blows.
This had only been the beginning. Several more had been cursed, either by an evil entity or their own excessive passions, and Ben using Super Heart freed them. This added to the intervention of Sir Letrigan made them join the ranks of the Tennyson group. This did not go unnoticed by Queen B, who was proud to see how her princess by her own merit got servants and followers who could die for her, thus proving her greatness and that she was destined to rule. She showed up once before these people and in a matter of seconds she had them on their knees, swearing allegiance to her. She had the intellect and now she had strong and faithful servants who would do her bidding without blinking. Yes, all the pieces were taking their place in her great game.
Soon Ben's followers were already several. So many that they do not change in the house. And even making expansions in the basement and putting in a couple of extra floors, all thanks to the work and talent of Pip Smasher, even with that there was no room. That's why they had to move to the Plumbers' headquarters, but this force was only loyal to Ben and they would only act if he agreed. Thus was born the "T-Force", an elite group that deals with threats that normal Plumbers cannot solve.
Many are grateful to Super Heart, and many more started over looking to be better. But this could be a problem in the long run. By eliminating evil completely, the concept of good disappeared, creating a strong imbalance that would break the balance, or even reality itself. So much so that Asmuth demanded that Ben not use Super Heart as much as possible. Thus being the second banned form after Alien X (or first according to the chronology of this AU that occurs before the events of Alien Force)
PS: I loved that Ben will unlock Super Heart trying to use Flare Star. A classic XD

What an adorable yet powerful creature to become! Seems like all the choices of the omnitrix have this in common, but so far, I think this is the form that most people would underestimate. I imagine her going through stuff that normal people would consider crazy or insane in order to help someone's mental wellbeing!
