Des Wanderers Quelle - The wanderer´s fountain
The wanderer´s fountain
On every door a fountain springs forth
Whenever you dive into it, you´ll be carried away
to countless places, yet unknown
where unnamed winds are blowing
where your steps get lost
deep into eternityDes Wanderers Quelle
An jeder Tür entspringt ein Quell´.
Tauchst du hinein, trägt es dich schnell
An Orte Zahllos, ungeseh´n,
Wo unbekannte Lüfte Weh´n,
Wo sich verlier´n die Schritte weit,
Bis tief in die Unendlichkeit.Just a sample of my poetry^^. Nothing special. A similar poem is featured in Tolkien´s Lord of the Rings books.

A nice little poem, and one can easily imagine with a fountain each droplet of water being a mirror, a dream or a doorway to another universe.
I could also imagine Eternal using these words, perhaps describing to someone how it feels to journey between the worlds and slip into another incarnation.
