This was my first time attempting to render out an avian TF. I feel as though I made the feathers too disheveled for the kind of bird Nino was turning into, and I wasn't quite sure how to render out the lips turning into a bill.

Whoa I never expected to see a bird TF from you! Love to see my favs expanding their horizons. Mouths turning into beaks are never gonna be truly pretty, even if you avoid the anatomically correct thing of extending the gums into the beak, but this is still a cute little example for sure, and the way you made it blend into the original frame is great.
Nice to see you branching out into other species.
I don't think a seal was much of a problem for you, since seals are essentially sea dogs and you've done your fair share of canines.
An yeah, bill/beak growth is tricky and especially hard to pull off from this angle. Maybe if it was a profile shot?
