Let me take a wild guess on the plot:

-Thomas starts screwing around (insert stupid reason here) while he should be working.

-Thomas finds yet ANOTHER abandoned track directly leading off the main that no one has noticed at this point.

-Thomas find lost/hidden/forgetten (insert maguffin object here).

-Thomas decides to keep it a secret because despite the fact The Fat Controller has gone to great expense to preserve every piece of junk he's ever found Thomas appearently has the memory of a fucking goldfish and thinks said maguffin will be scrapped.

-Confusion and delay ensue.

Plus we'll meet a few more new characters who we've NEVER SEEN BEFORE but will be treated like they've been there the whole time so we can make toys for them. Oh and Thomas will repeat some stupid rhyme to himself over and over and over again.

No.... This time Belle is new to Sodor and Thomas is to show her around the island... This leads to Percy becoming jealous and this gives the diesels the perfect opporunity to put their plan into action. Diesel 10 tricks Percy into getting Thomas to come to the Dieselworks, where the diesels soon take Thomas hostage after Percy left. Soon they leave Thomas in a shed and eventually, the shed catches fire. So basically, the diesels have pretty snapped.

Sounds and looks like a darker colored Authur.

Sorta... Arthur's a LMS Ivatt Class 2MT 2-6-2 and Belle is a British Railways Standard Class 4 tank engine, but I do have to agree with you... They look awefully alike...

It also seems this movie is going to just introduce a vast array of the "Search and Rescue" Center iteria. Like fire trucks and Belle Aparently is a fire "Steam engine"
