This is Mona Lisa. The wonderful teenage mutant girl from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show in the 1990's. Today is International Women's Day, and she is so proud of being a woman and being named after the famous painting with a great smile. I trace this vector from a NECA cardboard back, so that she can probably new to nickelodeon, and for the old school style of the Ninja Turtles.
