I've been on the fence about commissioning mpreg art of Death because of how little sense it made, but I decided to just say screw it and am so glad that I did! This is one of my new favorite commissions!
I came up with the idea that Death periodically becomes pregnant when an unborn child passes away inside of the mother's womb. He gestates the child's soul within him so it can fully develop and pass on into the afterlife at the time that they were meant to be born. He tries to hide his condition whenever it happens, but sometimes he can't help but show off his temporary bump.

I wouldn't say he's muscular necessarily, more just big, like you don't see the definition except for on his arms. I do generally like more slender/lanky characters, but I found myself really liking Death's design. In regards to his body, I like how we see glimpses of his bare torso every now and then in the movie, but it's never explicitly shown. I was initially on the fence about commissioning art of him, but I'm really happy that I did. I had to try it out at least once to satiate my curiosity hehe.
