Well, thinking on the logistics of it, having smoked many cigars in the past, It'd be sort of tricky, as you have to apply the flame not directly to the foot of the cigar while drawing air through it. This causes the flame to leap from the source to the tobacco. Applying flame directly to the foot of the cigar is probably the worst way to do it, as it scorches the cigar and makes it taste harsh.

Of course, I am a cigar geek, so... w/e
