Ave and Aven are fraternal twins, NOT identical twins. Main differences are gender, spots vs. stripes and flesh color. Their "intimate" flesh color is pink, as is the inside of their mouth, but claws, pawpads, nose and tear ducts are black.

They're both Divine Elfane. A rare, and gifted Elfane. They can heal and stuff.

"Ave used to be one person, with three personalities. I've split them apart and put them back together many times, but I've finally decided to split them for good. Since Ave is now 100% Elfane, her whole backstory needs to be rewritten, and I'm writing out the traumatic past, therefore also writing out her multiple personalities. I definitely want to keep Aven though, so he's now her brother. I'm not sure if the last personality will be gone for good, or will become her sister. We'll see.

NOTE: For those unfamiliar with my Elfane species, or characters, Ave is on the left, her brother on the right. They're a mostly androgynous species. They have cloaca-like groin instead of mammalian genitalia, and females lack breasts. They do not have nipples, either. "
