It may not be as bumpy a ride as we might think since flyers/does(female kangaroos) can tighten the pouch muscles to hold the joey (or in this case unexpected victim) more securly. It won't mean that Ober is not going to lose his lunch during or after this ride but she seems to be enjoying the sensations.
