These gouache postcards are part of a large series where I will be aiming to paint 100 landscapes. These were painted in 2022-2023.
Postcard 26 White Cluster - This little friend was joined by a few more bees while we took a break relaxing along the path in Toowoomba.
Postcard 37 Citrus - We had many types of citrus flowers in our previous garden, often times multiple bee species would all be systematically collecting nectar from the blooms.
Postcard 38 Thistle - These thistle flowers were found all over an overgrown field nearby a water treatment plant. The bees seemed to favour their mauve displays.
Postcard 45 Whipped Cream - During Summer we often have whipped cream and berries to top our pancakes on the weekend.
