A reference sheet for my night fury character. I altered the body shape and various little things apart from a regular fury just to personalise her a bit, make her more unique and more to my preferences. Now, for a little bit of background on her, though I haven't worked on that extensively enough there's still a general backstory to her. Kate abandoned her tribe of dragons early on in her life, choosing on instead live a life of a traveler and adventurer. Abandoning her tribe also meant that she rejected her dragon name, which by now she doesn't remember. Her current name was given to her by her soulmate when he was still human, hence her name being such as well, though she seems to like it. Ever since, she hasn't stayed in one place for more than a few days, always reaching new places and discovering something new. During this process she discovered a way to travel through dimensions using immense speeds. Ever since she started doing so, golden marks appeared on her wings and around her eyes.

Kate has a particular hidden trick up her sleeve - her saliva is actually a mix of various chemicals that to most actually have a healing effect, although to many that also comes with a significant side effect. If one doesn't have good immunity or simply is a bit smaller they can go through some serious hallucinations should her saliva have a longer contact with skin... or should it even be ingested. After some time the one subjected to this will pass out, and during their unconsciousness they'll experience plenty of various visions and dreams, most being very chaotic or unnatural. They would wake up after a certain amount of time, all depending on the dose of saliva, and the size of the creature, among other factors.

Her other ability is more psychic, being able to speak telepathically to others, which is actually her preferred way of communicating; she doesn't like talking normally too much, not for any particular reason though. This ability means she can also read thoughts, although not too precisely, being guided mostly by emotions of the other.

Kate can be a very energetic dragon, usually not keen on staying still for long, always wanting to be on the move. She's also very easy to pacify, not too talkative but definitely quite social. Reach out a hand, paw, talon or whatever you have, and you'll be seeing her right there, asking for potential scritches, very politely of course, with glowing eyes perhaps.

And that's it, sorry for not posting anything for like almost 2 years. I have no excuse, my art output has just been that lacking, but I'm the groove so there might be a few things coming. No promises this time though heheh.
