Then, he was a human, working for a villainous group to provide for his family - Rocket Admin Gally
More recently, he has even been a caregiver - Doctor Gally
Now prepare yourself for his latest presentation: Showtime Gally
I have always been a fan of the circus and performance motiffs. Pokemon has touched upon it a little, mostly with its design of Blacephalon. I wanted to combine that look and feel with Gally, and it was done in this reference sketch that I am so so happy with!
