Another one from the pile of old sketches that need finishing

Been wanting to redo my stardust dragon Hou's ref for years, I was really never satisfied with the last one. I'm much happier now

And here's his info again for the new ref:
- full of yellow stardust, gathers in his limbs which glow on the bottoms
- his gravity has strange properties, he is immovably dense and solid with his feet on the ground, but virtually weightless when in the air
- mouth leaks powdery stardust when open, objects and people that come into contact with it can have random effects occur
