I've seen this in Youtube videos. I'm glad I found it here.
I like to think that Peacemaker is free from his past. Darkstalker was miserable at the end of his reign, so I think he needed to get a hard reset, otherwise he'd just get crazier and more dangerous.

I agree - there's quite a variety of story branches that stretch out from Peacemaker, I love all the theories/headcanons.

He definitely deserves a reset.
