it a mixture of accessories you can buy from the scratches/personal shop and messing with the bodysliders. if u want to max out ur chest and rear without the accessories then just make both the shoulders and waistline as wide as the slider will go (aka the diamond thing when you click on some of the body areas.) One I use most for right now for massive hips n rear is "N-Sphere" and "N-Sphere (Metal)" which sadly is expensive on the shop but it very much worth it if u can get it. they only cost one accessory point so u can have a sphere for every slot to maximize the lewdness.
