‘So, those toys you were telling me about, that you keep finding, are they anything like this?’
‘Well, yeah, exactly like this, huh, so they made one of you too? It’s so cute, and it looks just like you, with your spear and your leaves and flowers. The details on the flowers and your top are great. Oh, and it even comes with a little Hangtime, so cute, and an angry face with your warpaint on, that is very nice. Someone clearly put a lot of caring into making this. Where did you find it?’
‘Well, I didn’t exactly find it, I had these made to sell in the gift shop,…’
‘Oh wow,… you have so many of these,…’
‘Yeah, I think they are going to be a really hot seller, but you can keep that one for your collection.’
‘Oh, thank you, it’ll be great with the others.’
Yet another addition to the Nendoroid collection from the February Patreon of
ShoNuff44 at long last, Hula Girl. :D
I figured sooner or later Sho might have done this on his own, but it seemed a worthy use of a monthly Patreon picture to make sure it got done. Hula Girl really looks great as a Nendoroid, and I feel this toy really captures the spirit of the character well. The attention to detail on these Nendoroid pictures always impresses me, from the detailing on her leaves and flowers to her skull top and spear. Hangtime was a great addition in the box, and the little guy really looks so cute. I adore the angry warpaint face, which was something Sho thought up to add in, and I think is a great addition to the toy. Of course the jungle background in the box is a fitting touch as well. All in all, a great Nendoroid to add to the collection, and one sure to fly off the shelves at the Coconut Island Gift Shop. ;).
