Xylo is a bodyguard at the secret organization that repurposed his line for ecological conservation. He used to work at an apiary- one of the biggest in the country, tasked with monitoring the hives and helping to care for them, replace the brood frames etc… He was about the same except he had an extra set of arms (no stingers) and a lot of fur-like fuzz around his neck. At some point he got captured and turned into a rm killer and then was saved by the org.

He doesn’t/won’t interact with the others much, mainly bc he has to be on watch most of the time. But also they’re a little intimidated by him, except for Jaguar… and Crocus only bc they’re ‘rivals in love’… (Xylo and Hornet have a thing going on from a long-ass time ago and Crocus has a crush on hornet). It’s bc he was alone for so long when it happened that he cant connect so easily to anyone other than hornet. Not that they all don’t try; he gets constant pings when they try and message him, often to the point where he just turns it off.
