This Landsknecht fox seems more than eager to use his glaive to poke some holes in the guts of whoever is facing him. It looks like he'd enjoy it too, it's always nice seeing someone so enthusiastic about their job! :P
This was yet another Drawtober prompt that I didn't finish in time, the word in question being "glaive". Glaives are extremely underrated weapons in my opinion, and they look extremely badass. It was fun drawing one (and I really should draw more of them), and I also really enjoyed drawing something unrelated to my setting, with an animal species and a type of clothing I don't often portray.
Anyway, hope you like it! ^^

Fun fact it was actually illegal for most people to dress fancy like that because nobles are jerks but mercenary companies where allowed too because they were probably going to die anyway and they wouldn't work unless they could buy expensive fancy luxuries like nobles so they made an exception to the law for them.
Fun fact: Large codpieces in historical settings didn't necessarily mean the person had ample equipment - it meant they were so swollen up by a syphilis infection, it needed to be that big to prevent severe pain. Syphilis was a very common disease in those times.
That feeling when you score a high/rare tier weapon in a video game or TTRPG.
Another fine job there, mate.
*glances at tags* - That's a cool-looking "ercenary." ;D
Love the details on the clothes, including the few little spots where it seems he's dealt with at least one or two foes beforehand.

Interesting split-ended handle to the weapon(?) hanging from his left hip, what is it?
