Little bit different from the Belmont best~
Because he's a lawyer.
True story.
So I've been learning the OpenCanvas recently at the behest of several people, and it turns out it responds to my tablet a lot better than The GIMP does and I've been playing a lot of Phoenix Wright lately, so I made this. It's part practice, part humor/amusement, part fanart and partly to make up for how bad the lineart in that last one was. Which wasn't posted here. Oh well.
That tail is probably the weakest part since I redid it a few times at the end. I also need to practice shading more, since even though I'm aware it makes no sense I'm largely unable to fix it properly, which is why I kept it to a minimum. I did manage to do almost all of the posing and clothes without even looking at a reference. Maybe the game is so awesome it burned itself into my brain. =P If you had seen the last one, though, you'd notice that the lines and hair are a lot cleaner; I'd like to think I would have the sense to clean myself up before a court date, even though this is probably not the case. ;)
PS: No, I'm not really in law school, although if court were as fun as Phoenix Wright I might consider it.
Edit: I've been informed that I need to adjust the contrast and gamma and such on my monitor because the colors look very different to some people and the colors look way. Do they look okay to people? Messed up? Critique is encouraged. ;)
