Thankya :D Some people can make absolutely amazing pieces with oekaki, you should see it. Maybe someday I could do something like that. :D One can only hope.

What is difference in oekaki and OC?

hmm.. They're kind of similar. Oekaki (aka Paint BBS or something like that) is on web pages... I think it's a Java applet of some sort. It's like Paint but with elements like layers and a few more paint options.

OC is a downloadable program that is more like a stripped down version of Photoshop. It has layers and different "brushes" (It has pen mode and watercolor mode and some other stuff) and also you can network it and paint with multiple people at the same time.

Oekaki is also the same thing as PaintChat I think, but with the whole network thing.
