And here a young boy, for my fantasy setting, based on one of the fairies from "The Sleeping Beauty", precisely the one who turned the effect of the curse from death to a 100 years sleep.

Personality: Morpheus can be easily described as "too much pure for this cruel world". Son of the Sleep Fairy Selenella, who was taken away from him when the Big Bad Wolf killed her for her enchanted knife, Morphy is the embodiment of his mother's legacy: the fairy boy is an incurable optimist, always positive to whoever he faces; he believes that in the world there is no real evil people, but instead only people who the world itself corrupted with bad events, and so the fairy boy tries to see always the best in every person.
He's not stupid, he knows that people who have a deranged life can be a danger, but instead of treating them as they are treated from all other people, he wants to give to the villains a chance to redeem. Anyone has the right of a second chance in Morphy's mind, and he will always try to help people who he sees in need.
Hatred and grudge aren't at all part of his vocabulary, not even towards Hector Von Lupin despite he's the one who made him an orphan, as those feelings, along with rage are what corrupt the souls of the people, making them follow the wrong path. He's not naïve, but he really believes in people, and hopes to be of help in changing even the worst villain for the better with good actions.
To pursue this goal, and to follow the path of his mother, Morphy became a healer: a medic for whoever is in need, hero or villain makes no difference, ready to cure and support ill and hurt people as he can, in his hope for a better world.
He really appreciates Cowleen Taureau, old friend of Selenella and now adoptive mother of Morpheus: is she who gave him the nickname of "Morphy", and who welcomed him after the death of his mom, acting as a second mother to him. He follows her lead, wanting to see her happy, as well as to thank her for what she's doing for him: the Minotaur lady took Morphy with her, giving him a new home and a new life, and so the fairy boy reciprocates by working in the inn, both as server in the tavern, and as healer for the fighters of the tournaments in the back of the Labyrinth. He's one of the few people who knows Cowleen' soft side, and he teases her with it from time to time, just in a rather happy-go-lucky way, not wanting to hurt her or her reputation.
A pure soul in a world full of injustice, basically.

Abilities: Being the son of the Sleep Fairy, Morpheus inherited the signature magic of his mom: via a sapphire blue fairy powder he can generate at will near himself, he can make fall asleep people who inhale it. Morphy can choose how much time the effect of said powder will last, from few minutes to a hundred years if he wanted, and no normal mean could make the target of this magic wake up. Only other magic can break this spell, or otherwise the "True Love Kiss", the kiss of someone who intensely love the target, able to break any spell.
Morpheus usually uses this power while treating his patients, as a sort of magical anesthesia, to not be interrupted while healing who's under his cures.
