If you intend on using THAT pattern you are in the lawful wrong.

Nope, similar, but a different style, and I have a slightly different vision on the look of them... A little less teddy bear in nature.

I've been wanting to make some plushes on commission for awhile, but the plans got stalled in lieu of other projects/commissions. If someone commissions me for plushes, I can get back to work on it.

Even when I start with another pattern (I started out by heavily editing some existing ones that were released freely) I do away with a lot of the intricacies of them, breaking it down into the fewest pieces necessary.

the northsound pattern is to be sued for non profit as in you can't make them for comission BTW.

I've been developing my own patterns myself, and while it may serve as a reference, I was intending on creating mine in a different style (I don't like that swiveling limb style...) based around a wire and foam structure.

I believe you might be starting a new "Trend." Fursuiters with custom plush toys of their Fursonas. It's kinda like having a little "Stand in" for the times when the bigger critter needs a rest.
