Techa: basically, a mysterious crystalline material that has inundated nearly all living things in the numerous worlds connected by the Dimensional Cross (only the Reis are 'pure'). It allows for storng, focused will to have dazzling, supernatural effects on the being and the world around them. it is, basically, an explaination for 'magic' in this setting. More on it later.

Sekran: One of the warline Earth Dire species, tall insect-men that are similar to ants and scorpions. Born to survive in extremely harsh conditions and stuck in an ages-long war with their neighbors, the beetle/roach-like Staiga, the Sekran know a thing or two about combat.
