Oddly enough... I glanced at this one when it was first uploaded and my reaction was "meh".
Now that I'm seeing it again, however... wow. I think I may have a secret desire for anthro dragons with undergarments! The pose is great, as well.

For some reason I keep thinking that her legs should have switched postures (left leg straight, right leg bent) or have her tail coming out the near side, because with her right leg flat on the ground where does the tail actually ... connect?
Beyond that compositional nit (I always notice the tails), it's a nice work.
