I don't know if you read the quest or whatnot, but the Wizards don't choose how they look. Their bodies change over time to better represent their personalities.
Moriga just doesn't care about being pretty as much as she cares about being safe. She's separated herself from everyone else just to be safe. She needs a muscular tail to go fast, and, although her shoulders more than her arms would create significant drag, I feel like a creature that had hands wouldn't lose them unless they had some alternate means of manipulating things.
Worse than her lack of boobs, her facial expression can't change at all. No matter what she says, she always has a grin that makes her look sarcastic, snarky, or insulting. In the quest, she's a little wistful about losing her femininity. She assumes that anybody complimenting her is either being a bootlicker or mocking her.

I did read the quest, until about to the point where they entered that anti-magical fog. Then I kind of stopped paying attention...
So, yeah, I know the stuff about the wizards taking on their forms 'automatically', so to say.
I still maintain that she needs mammaries. Because every female of power needs them. It's the Most Common Superpower!

So instead of working on a 10-page short story for my creative writing program application, I spent the wee hours of the night reading up on BiteQuest. It was totally worth it.
