Bio:
Some Pommelians have psychic powers, with the strongest among them being Rikki and his mother Kiki. However, there is one who surpasses them in almost every way in that regard: Vot'sayrair, the last of the Royal Quad. Offensively and defensively, her powers are second only to the royal family, but in terms of clairvoyance she is the best. Using her special crystal ball, Vot'sayrair is able to see into the past, present AND future all at once, and gain very accurate knowledge of events that have or will happen. As a result, she was inducted into the Royal Quad as their psychic expert, but also as their fortune teller.

Powers/Abilities:

- Incredible psychomancy
As was just stated, Vot'sayrair has enormous psychic power within her, uniquely without the gift of the goddess the royal family originated from. This makes her hard to touch, as she will often block any attack thrown at her with a psychic shield formed around her.

- Vitamancy
The name of the ability to control one's life energy. This is not a natural trait of Vot's, but one she gained from the armour and robe she was given. Called the Bloodshift Set, it grants her control over whatever acts as the life force for the lifeforms she encounters, in most cases being blood. She mixes her vitamancy with her psychomancy to be able to see one's life energy, then move and even change it around in many ways, such as diminishing it to make one super-weak, or removing the abilities that flows through it. This makes her a VERY deadly combatant.

- Clairvoyance
Using her crystal ball, which she named the Simedala, she can see into any time she wishes, within her range of course, which allows her to predict events. Due to her great psychic power, Vot can even somewhat influence these events by projecting herself through the Simedala and warping them from there.

- Resilient
Her hulking frame makes Vot capable of taking numerous physical attacks before dropping to the ground. It would probably take the strength of Ysida to bring her down quickly through physical means alone. Due to how strong it is her mind is also naturally resilient, being immune to lesser psychic powers and other methods of assault.

Weakness:

- Near-immobile
Vot is both very sluggish and incredibly lazy. Her large frame naturally makes her unable to run that fast, and she wouldn't even want to anyway since she likes to rest a lot rather than work, sometimes even if it's for the royal family. She relies on her psychomancy to move herself around, like making herself float off the ground or teleporting around.

- Lack of hearing
For some strange reason, Vot was born without the capability to hear things, which is another thing her psychic powers make up for. By using her mind to sense "vibrations" in the air, she can "translate" what those vibrations are "saying" and thus hear people and the world around her.

- Reliance on her mind
Though her mind is strong, even Vot'sayrair isn't godlike in this regard. Whenever she's going to sleep or, by some chance, it's actually damaged by something, her mind becomes silent and she can't use her powers as well as she could or at all. Without her powers she cannot move around very well, can't hear people and becomes a very easy target to hit.

Fun Facts:
- Out of all the Royal Quad members, Vot is probably the one with whom Rikki gets along the most. The two are so close that he even calls her "Grandma Vot", a nickname she enjoys hearing very much.
- Although it's obvious, she is the oldest out of the Royal Quad members. This plus her abilities and her role as the royal family's fortune teller makes her the second-in-command of the group.
- Tyven is the one she doesn't get along with the most in the Royal Quad. He would often try to steal her food and the Simedala, and in return he would usually be punished by Vot. Harshly.
- While her relationship with Rikki is almost like that of a grandmother to her grandchild, her relationship with Queen Kiki is almost like they were childhood friends, even though they don't herald from the same family. Whenever both are not doing their duties, they like to soak in the palace's crystal pools or eat food together.
- Her hair and arms come from a banana peel and forestry; the former was meant to be a joke on how simians and primates like bananas, though it fits considering her love for her island's variant of them; the latter references her attachment to nature and how she likes to walk around the island. Whether this was something she gained from said walks or was just a paintjob she put on herself is unknown.
- She has the emblem of the Pommelians on the back of her cape, which can also be seen on Haltanae's robe.

Aaaaaaand at last, here's the final member of  Monkey-Lover's Royal Quad, Vot'sayrair! FINALLY got this lot done. XD This one's an orangutan, one I thought of making into a calm yet dangerous fighter when she wants to be, but is primarily an assistant of the royal family. How funny that the most...rotund member of the quadrio took only one piece of paper to make. XD Anyways, hope you like her!
