I do too, but not when they provoke a 21 hour so far power outage. The longest one I’ve gone through ever here in our part of L.A. And the coldest daytime temperature I have ever seen, 42°f it’s 52°f inside the house. Street flooding was fun also.

Things aren't much better in Detroit, where the rain turned to ice and took all the power lines down. Just about three full days out so far, and it's a bit colder.. power company's got some of us sharpening our guillotines.

Someone forgot their galoshes.

The temperature went down into the twenties last night and this morning it started snowing. Tomorrow, back into the forties and everything will thaw and melt. Yay, roller-coaster weather.
