Thank you!! I couldn't tell you exactly what inspired them anymore-- I've been drawing them for years, but I love playing around with vintage art styles and the 'carewere' pun was honestly just too good to pass up lol.
As for the payment question, it's not stupid at all! In this instance I wasn't able to accept paypal because they have a very strict shipment window and like to suspend accounts that don't ship within 20 days (obviously not possible with a preorder like this), but I will be able to accept paypal when I list the leftovers on etsy!

Will these continue to be avaliable after pre-orders? Or are these a kind of "once-in-a-lifetime" thing??

Leftovers will be listed on my etsy! But once those are gone I'll most likely have to hold another preorder before I can restock them.
