If you are wondering why I haven't posted much these days, this was the reason: A "Big Monster" tier commission for 
ryloth
I have to say I truly enjoyed working on this one! It was a fun subject, but challenging as well, with lots of complex coloring effects. Cats performing weird magic rituals, what's not to like?!? Also, Ryloth has been truly amazing, he provided a lot of helpful references, and was also extremely patient with my slow pace XD
Anyway, hope you all like it! ^^

Thank you! I do like to find a lot of references for things such as these, but also, I do allow the artist a lot of freedom much of the time in a lot of my art pieces, with a little bit of guidance but not too much. I just give a written blueprint with some examples, and the rest is theirs. Typically this turns out really well, and this is a prime example of a great product! I haven't ever commissioned a hand-made (traditionally at least, and by that I mean non-digital) art piece like this, and so it was an awesome first.
