Another piece done by one of my favorite artists

River is a childhood friend of Benjamin. Growing up in the same neighborhood and going to the same school, they both excelled at sports and would act as friendly rivals, pushing each other to get better. While matched on the field, River has the upper hand in achedemics, being skilled in both science and mathematics. In their high school years, Ben was getting behind quickly in his subjects and River had no real ability to teach him. The otter suggested he go to the tutor Heather, who the bull would later marry.

After college, River now works as an engineer at the local hydroelectric dam and may soon become a manager. He also lives only a few houses away from Ben and Heather and visits regularly. River also babysits Timothy when the two need to be away. But the otter has a bigger role to play than anyone could have guessed.

Despite their careers, Benjamin and River try to get together and compete against each other. Here we have the big guy taking a short break from their basketball game. I wonder who is winning.
