Recently, I was struggling to come up with new ideas for artwork, so I looked to my trilogy of SPCM comics for inspiration. In the second issue, The Return of Abby Clapton, the crew of the Stellar Typhoon got a nasty shock when Abby Clapton...well, returned, inside a crate which should have contained machine components Alasdair Geddes was going to repair the ship's engines with - what Abby did with the components is anyone's guess.
We never actually physically saw Abby in the crate (except on the cover, where she and Jaws MacTaggart appeared in a specially-drawn shot) - we just saw Alasdair opening the crate and reacting to what was inside, with Abby not appearing until she was led onto the bridge on the following page. So I thought it might be fun to show a bit of what happened in between: Alasdair's livid that his components disappeared, Kyoko's put out at the thought of having to report this to Jaws, and Jenni Fulton's more bothered that she's just about thrown her back out - she was one of the poor buggers who had to move that crate in the first place!
