Ended up in a marathon some how in Dr. Mario on SNES for hours one night. So I decided to make this.
I always questioned why are we eliminating viruses in a bottle. I get it would be weird for it to be inside someone's actual immune system, but this implies that Mario has a bunch of bottles somewhere with a bunch of viruses. That he's probably just testing the capsules or something. So I went with that and decided to draw me just disgusted with the fact I have a crap ton of bottles to go through in one of the back rooms.
