Well it kinda looks like a scarf X3
I was kinda disappointed in chillarmy's evolution not being that much different from it, which is odd considering the drastic changes in tepig's and oshawott's evolution line. I guess snivy's is probably the most plausible of the three. Not to say I don't like the evolution, I was just hoping the design was at least a little more interesting.
Chillarmy (I say chiramii) and the evolution Chillacino (sp?), respectively, both part of the fifth generation ^^
