first pic is a WIP pic i took when I discovered just how fat my sheep would end up being. when I held the head too low it looked like a pink buffalo X'D I didn't mean for it to be so fat! the rest of the pictures are the finished project.

the sheep is made entirely of felt and thread, with some kind of super soft stuffing material I found on sale. I don't even know what it is. probably meant for quilting. the total size of the doll is about 5/6 inches, and the general pattern for the doll is super easy. the hard part was afterwards when I put the pink wool over it. not only is that what made it fat, but there was no pattern made for the wool part, so I just did what I could, trimming and stitching as I went. the tail is crooked and the ears are too big, and the front legs, I don't even know what happened to them, with all the fatness, they somehow ended up flat and sea-turtle-like. probably just a flaw in the pattern, since I made it.

I'm happy to say that this is my first successful hand made doll. not only is it cute as hell even if totally fat, but this time I sewed it proper! of course, the last time I tried making a doll was.... when I was 8. PFT OVER TEN YEARS AGO.
