yes and no... he lives in San Mateo, which is only about a 15 minute's drive away... but he's moving to Florida for College next week... but i guess i'm not much better... seeing as i'm going military in March... but i'll try to get stationed near him after basic and AIT... assuming DADT is 100% out of the way, i should have no problem saying "yeah my boyfriend lives there..." and that SHOULD dramatically raise my chances of being stationed in said location

well the military (for the most part) gives you evenings and weekends off... so we can see each other then... he didn't really say much about the military, but we can find a way to make it work...

agreed... but i just can't remember when we DID meet... you and Lavery were among some of the first people i met, and i met a LOT of people then...

i don't think i'd be so surprised... particularly with relatively rare species... like Arctic Fox

well we met as Arctif Foxes... that's why i said it

same... i didn't really join until i made my character... i thought about it for WEEKS

ah see.... i didn't go for favorites... i went for what i believed most represented me... i'm intelligent, sly, been told i have a silver-tongue, i'm small... even a little shy at times... all of which are personality traits of a realistic fox... i then chose arctic because i both can tolerate, and enjoy the cold (i can always put more clothes on) and the fact that an arctic fox'es coat changes from Summer to Winter symbolized another trait i have, of changing things about me... i change my accent regularly, so often i don't even remember which one is MINE... i change how i act... and for the longest time (i still do sometimes) i put on a figurative mask to hide my true self from the world... then i stopped caring about that and the "mask" fell away... over time i added the colour Green to his fur, a colour i identify with.... i also added the tattoos i want to get at some point...

yeah... i ended up putting a lotta thought and work into my character (all of them actually) which i guess is why i took so much time to look for other Arctic Foxes... not that i'm saying it didn't take a lotta work for you, i'm sure it probably did...

i dunno... but i did end up putting a lotta work into finding out what species i am...

i think it's kinda hard to identify with an animal you don't like... so i guess i really like foxes...

hehe... i could see that dumb conversation now... "yeah i identify with [blah] but i really don't like them as an animal..." WOW
