A cute plush long overdue. It came out really nicely, I'm quite pleased with it. Although of course I'm still fiddling with the pattern, I'm always still fiddling with the pattern.

Well, I have general commissions info over on my website, http://www.sparkcostumes.com but it's pretty simple, really. You let me know what you'd like (character, size, etc.) I give you a price quote, you make a down payment, usually half on plushes, I work on the plush, and you pay when it's finished.
I have a question about eyes, haha, since this is something I have an issue deciding with my own plushies.
Is there a ratio that you decide on when you buy safety eyes? I tend to overbuy them because I can never decide for sure what size eyes I like on my plushies. I've noticed with these you've gone smaller, but with other styles of plushies you've gone bigger (in ratio with the plush). For example, with my small ones, I've jumped from 9 mm to 15mm and it's made a big difference, hahaha.
Anyway, have you found a system that you think works? Smaller generally translates as much realistic but is not always appropriate for the style of the rest of the plush, etc.

I have no special formula. I have a ton of 18mm eyes, and I use them on small plushes and on big plushes, so the change in ratio is pretty much just that, the same size eyes on different plushes. I buy eyes kind of at random, and I always have tons of them. They're cheap, so why not?
