Following from the end of "Evalia's Tale", we are now freed from Evalia's perspective. Despite attempts to downplay or cover-up what happened with 'The Riverside Incident', most of the world with access to the Internet and other news sources have become aware there is a lot more than they were aware of. Governments and interested parties are now rushing to figure out what to do with the changing situation, trying to pretend everything is still the same as it was the day before the "incident".
