An old drawing I found from Novermber. This was an idea between  tacomilkshakes and I to make transformed versions of our characters for Halloween. Commissar gets to turn into a larger, dumber, toxic sludge eating/spewing Dilophosaurus, Jurassic Park style with frill and all, and she gets to turn into a bat who actually gets a bit more clever and a lot more agile, but suffers from very bad vision.
