The gun nut in me is wondering how a drum magazine works with a revolver (I know there are some that used magazines like the Dardick and the landstad, this one don't), but the funny man in me is laughing too hard to care.

It COULD be worse, it could be The Boss's double drum magazine from Metal Gear Solid 3 that canonically never runs out of ammo because "The feeder mechanism inside the drum magazine forms an "∞" shape."

Since a lot of gun nuts are here whining about the intentional cartoon gun but missed this comment, I'll go ahead and talk about the actual effects of a silencer on a revolver.

Because the cylinder has to spin around, most revolvers have a massive gap in the middle of the weapon upon firing, so a substantial part of the "flare" comes out of the sides of the weapon instead. This has the unwanted effects of punishing poor firing form with severe burns / pressure injury and lowering muzzle velocity.

A suppressor on the muzzle won't do anything about the gas flying out the side and may actually make it worse by increasing the resistance in the muzzle. Could possibly damage the weapon in some cases.

The Nagant M1895 seals the gap before firing, which removes those downsides and permits sound suppression. In addition, it uses proprietary ammo designed to be quieter than other revolver calibers.

Man, a revolver with a barrel THAT LONG would blow it clean out of your hands. Revolvers already have a large amount of recoil and muzzle rise, and the longer the barrel, the more muzzle rise it produces due to the gas released having more time to push upwards.
