Now, this is a labor of love, and arguably one of the most popular characters I've composed throughout my life as an artist.

What started as a fun project, ended up evolving into my personal franchise that a lot of my friends and family members enjoyed seeing from me, I mean after all, who doesn't like dolphins?

To be honest, despite dolphins being very popular mammals and rather cool cetaceans (that's whales, dolphins, and porpoises to the layperson), they haven't really been shown that often in today's media, aside from the occasional game (Ecco the Dolphin as a prime example), books, and so forth, but not once ever had anyone ever try to do a story where the dolphins are the central character, well...hopefully my project here will change all that, and I like to present all of you my Dolphin Defenders!

For those who remember me from many years ago, you might remember me drawing an old picture of my DDs...

But now, after x amount of years of practice, a new computer and drawing program, and a new tablet (and arguably enough; lots and lots of coffee and espresso), these phintastic dolphins (and porpoise and otter) have been given a new makeover so they look similar to the real-life dolphin species.

As a general rule, as much as I know people like bottlenosed dolphins one of my general rules when it comes to developing the Dolphin Defenders, is that there will be NO Bottlenosed Dolphins, I mean there's a whole pod of various species out there, why just do that?

Anyhow, rant over! So, with that said, who is your favorite dolphin from this pod, and why?
