I "Code" is a female monster bird creature with moee than 2K years old, knows a lot of stuff for her travels meeting new people during her travels, is very gentle and kind but can be aggresive if provoke, the "mask" It's actually her face and have a mouth with sharpy tooth rarely use it execept for eating since she talks telepathically
