Kipper was sitting under a tree one day while looking up to the sky. He really wished he could touch the clouds, and so he got a good idea! He blew into a small red balloon, thinking with enough air, it would let him float up high. But as the pressure grew in the balloon, it resulted in all the air blowing back into the poor doggo! But Kipper didn't mind, at least now he could float up there himself! And he is enjoying every moment of it UwU
