Ah, those are te stainless steel shillelagh... They don't quite look like that in the item picture, and actual shillelagh seem to vary quite a bit in how they look, but they're essentially just walking sticks with handles sort of like the head of a hammer/mallet, usually.
I like the idea of wielding them like escrima sticks and using the hammer end offensively.
