Mental breakdown
I was inspired to do this work by a recent panic attack. let me not talk about her reasons, thank you. I am by no means being embarrassed, I just want to post another piece of my Art therapy (someday I will go to a psychotherapist, I hope, but for now I try to keep myself at least in the slightest form and not become a wreck) probably that's all for today. thanks for reading, see you in the next post
